Felt like it was my own private Ship. Budapest and Vienna beautiful, so much to see, so little time.

Amazing cruise, best ship on the river. Everything exceeded our expectations!! Every meal was a 5 star experience. The wines were all excellent and from local vineyards. Staff excellent and went out of there way to make everything perfect! I don't think there can be a better river cruise than with AmaWaterways. Their ships are far superior to other lines we saw during the cruise.

We spent Easter 2015 aboard the AmaSonata on a Tulip Time cruise. This itinerary is very busy with 2 or more stops per day. Be sure to see Kinderdik windmills; Keukenhof gardens from Amsterdam; take the canal cruise as well as an evening Amsterdam canal cruise, if possible. Explore the little towns and take time to enjoy the atmosphere, have a beverage and let the charm of these villages surround you while you relax. Bruges, Belguim was beautiful, but very crowded and a long distance from the port towns - well worth the trip but do know you will encounter lots of other tourists. Meals in this town take forever on a busy day so consider a casual meal and allowing more time to explore. The tour guides were amazing - Ama provides wonderful options to select in the many quaint, ancient towns. These guides tell the fun stories of these countries and take you back in time! The staff on board is outstanding. They want to get you everything you want and more. They learn your preferences and greet you daily with enthusiasm and true caring. The owners of this company show how much they want to please each and every passenger and their warmth and thoughtfulness is carried out by the fabulous people on board each ship. Consider taking this itinerary the 2nd or 3rd week of April. The weather may be more consistent and the flower fields should be hitting the peak of the season.

Had a great cruise. The two (2) weeks went by very fast. The three (3) days in Zurich and two (2) days in Lucerne were great. Switzerland is a beautiful country. As my brother who works for the US Government says it is "Gods" country.

We made life long friends and had the time of our lives, the Amasonata staff made us feel special everyday, our cruise manager was always on top of every tour and event, we will surely be back for another adventure
