I loved the time just relaxing on the river as we traveled south, especially when we saw so many castles and heard James explain how the owners used their locations as a way to exact taxes from the ships.
Pros: Interesting places to visit, well organized, excellent food. James was a wonderful guide.
Cons: I wish we had more time at the churches. I also didn't care for the "touristy" vibe at the clockmaking, glassblowing venue.

Not only did they pick us up at the airport when we arrived, but, on departure the bussed us to the airport and guided us to our airline counter. Have to rate our overall experience as a 12 on a 10 point scale.

This is our third river cruise with Viking and we look forward to working with our travel agents for another one. We look forward to taking an ocean cruise with Viking too.

Pros: The trip more than exceeded our expectations. The food was great. Also the crew on the ship were fantastic. The daily excursions were well organized and really interesting. Great trip! We will do another Viking cruise sometime again.
