Our original ship was changed from the Hervor to the Gersemi, but other than the name on the ship you wouldn't know the difference! The crew treat you like royalty. The small size means everyone learns your name and your preferences. The food, drinks and included tours are wonderful and we are never disappointed. There were many first time cruisers on this voyage and we encouraged them to definitely look into another.... most were excited to do so.

Great service. Great ports. Only thing we would have changed is staying 1-2 nights extra at the end of the trip to see Switzerland.
Pros: The size, the attention to detail, the excursions included
Cons: More early morning excursions than afternoon, no stores/spas/pool/amenities onboard
