Amazing Staff, Efficient Layout, Great Performances, Delicious Dining Room Meals, Cleanliness was Excellent, and the smaller boat gave a better sense of “community” on board :)
Pros: Amazing layout, cleanliness, dining room food, staff, and entertainment!
Cons: The shower was quite small and there are less activities for small kids in comparison to larger ships

My Wife and I had a beautiful trip and were so very pleased and blessed with the entire voyage … The “smaller” Ship brought us closer together with many wonderful people and yet we felt as if we were treated by the staff as if we were the only ones on board … Excellent Indeed !!!
Pros: This Ship and All The Staff were Amazing … So kind and helpful, Belize Tour and Monkey & Sloth Tour in Rotan were Awesome.. Ship Entertainment was fantastic and all the food was great as well !!!

Our group of 6 had a terrific time on a 9 day cruise on RC Grandeur of the Seas. Ship was spotless clean. Embarkation and disembarkation was seamless. Entertainment and dining room food was very good. Our cabin attendant Adrian was excellent! Windjammer food was just OK. Set dining time service at 5:00 PM was below par. Our waiter was overworked and obviously stressed, but tried his best to be engaging. A good man, but our table of 10 received unpredictable service. I put the blame totally on our assistant waiter. Probably the worse we ever had, and my wife and I have done over 20 cruises. When she wasn’t slow, she was invisible. I also might add first seat dining at 5:00 PM is too early. It should be moved to 5:30 or at minimum 5:15. Post COVID cruising has changed, and Royal Caribbean is making money hand over fist. Adding staff would be my recommendation.

The crew members are pleasant, attentive, hard working and friendly. We love this ship.
Pros: Easy to find places, not a hard ship to navigate
