Pros: Good food and included wines. Staff and style on the Aquavit Terrace were consistently wonderful. We had not realized that the menu was exactly the same as in the main restaurant. There are no buffets for lunch or dinner; everything is served at your table.
Cons: Local guides varied in performance and all expected tips, which became a drag. I would prefer a higher tour price that included gratuities.

The included shore excursions are great and good value with emphasis on local culture and history. The programs and entertainments on ship were educational and cultural. Foods are well prepared and supreme. Ship staffs were friendly and attentive.

Viking staff-cruise director,Sonya, hotel manager, Mr.Harry, and the Maitre d, chefs, room stewards Dragos were all excellent.

This was our first river cruise with Viking. We absolutely loved being on the river. The ride was smooth, the crew organized with the most wonderful people. We will definitely plan on taking another river cruise with Viking.

Our Travel Advisor set up our cruise so perfect and it was beyond our expectations. We loved everything about it. Thank you for your wisdom in having a wheel chair available at the airport for Richie. It all went so smoothly and we greatly appreciate all you did to make our 10 days so memorable.
Pros: Beautiful boat, wonderful crew, excellent food, fun tours
Cons: None that could be avoided being it was cold, rainy weather for most of the trip
