Great trip. Exceeded expectations.
Pros: Tauck personnel, especially Alex and Sue/new, comfortable ship
Cons: Lousy internet service on board/ restaurant and bar understaffed. Good people but mediocre service due to understaffing.

Great experience with a very professional Tauck staff. Boat was beautiful and comfortable. I wish it would have had a top deck on which you could take a walk. I thought the dining room crew was a bit understaffed as the servers seemed rushed at times.
Pros: Beautiful small ship
Cons: No top deck on which to take a walk
