Serenade of the Seas
EL tours in Aruba was disappointing. Guide arrived half hour late. Then his information wasn't correct. Scenic Souffriere of St Lucia tour was long and the lunch was cheese bread. Very disappointing.
Pros: Service, Food and activities were excellent
Cons: Some of the excursions were lacking

Serenade of the Seas
I really enjoyed this cruise. 2 days at sea at beginning and end was terrific. Food was excellent. Good job Royal Caribbean!! Boarding in Florida was the most efficient I've ever experienced.
Pros: Perfect size ship for me; the food was superb. I ate my breakfasts (except for 1) in the dining room - which I prefer. The staff including the dining room (fantastic) as well as entertainment, casino, and room attendant all performed extremely well. Kudos! Chef's Table was a fantastic experience . Boarding in Ft Lauderdale is the most efficient I've ever experienced.
Cons: Smoking in the casino was horrible. Air purifiers should remedy this. Viewing special performances in the Centuran was difficult. Too many people squeezed into small area - with very obstructed view. At the Mystery Dinner, food was terrific but performance was too trivial.

Everything in general was wonderful. but major negative was the smoke filled casino which we found disgusting and uncomfortable
Pros: Ship lovely, excellent food, service and entertainment
Cons: Casino unbearable due to heavy smoking. It should be banned for the health of passengers

Serenade of the Seas
I found the food and service to be wonderful. Lots of things to do .Everything ran efficiently. We missed some of the shows on the nights when there was only 1 show- because it conflicted with our dinner time. I would like them to have 2 shows every night. On one of the nights they had no show. When we got off of the ship on the final day, the lines were very long. It took over 35 minutes to go through. When I got off, in the luggage area, I couldn't find a porter to help with the luggage.
Pros: Our waiter and assistant waiter were excellent.
Cons: Some nights there was only 1 show- which was at the time of our dinner. 1 night there was no show.

Pros: LOve that the ship is small. Food was great. Even inside room was large enough for us. Everyone on the ship worked so hard and did a great job.
