All of the staff were friendly and helpful, they made us feel like they knew us. Bumper cars were down, we had planned on using them.

Overall great experience. Spotlessly clean. No shortage of things to do. Very personable staff -- especially Fritz and Toni at the Music Hall bar.
Pros: Fabulous staff! Attentative at all times.
Cons: Bumper cars were down for service. Bumper cars were the defining factor for which ship to choose.

We are over 50 cruises & know our way around. This was an exceptional ship. Very organized in checkin , we were in our cabin in 10 minutes. Room attendant did a great job. Food great. The best & largest buffet we’ve ever seen. Side trips were well done ( we were in Norway) I’d said with them again. Cruising is very expensive now & they do nickel & dime you , so you have to pay attention. Side trips are costly.
Pros: Staff, clean, organized, good food
Cons: Nothing big. Side trips costly.

Beautiful ship and pleasant staff. Unfortunately we needed medical services for my husband . We were very pleased with the doctor and staff. Relieved that we always purchase travel insurance.
