Visit Nukuoro islet (Pohnpei, Federated States of Micronesia) where you’ll take a tour through taro patches and see where bananas and breadfruit are grown. The locals may even teach you how to make a dish called copra.
Visit an open-air museum in Nanortalik, Greenland. You’ll meet with Inuit guides and learn the customs of their people. There is also a chance to see a folk dance and enjoy some kaffe-mik, a coffee and cake treat.
Fly over the Sesriem Canyon to see the Sossusvlei Dunes (Walvis Bay, Namibia). These impressive dunes tower 250 meters above the ground. On your flight, you’ll also fly over seal colonies and deserted mining camps.
