I have a lot of patience but I didn’t like how customers were fussing at the very nice lady trying to take care of the people.
Pros: Embankment was quick, staff always very helpful and pleasant.
Cons: Wheelchair disrmbarkment is always confusing, we came down on time as told but didn’t know to sign in so many people before us kept getting taken first.

We had a great time. The people that work on the ship, even the ones we didn't meet, did an amazing job and ALWAYS made us feel happy and welcome.

Loved this long awaited trip (Covid delay). Norwegian had everything planned. Our room steward was so friendly, so helpful. Food was great. My real complaint is that the excursions were sometimes under explained. Made my decisions difficult. I have difficulty walking some of the hills. There needs to be more thought into excursions for those with difficulties. We want to see the Greek islands too.

There were so many people to praise on this cruise but especially our hostess and server in Le Bistro Shyrine Cheng and Wismaya Made, hostess in Grand Pacific Valerie Ann and staff member Lisbeth in Trades shopping, Mary Ann in guest services. These were heroes and made our NCL experience a memorable one. I am a seasoned cruiser mostly on Princess and RCL and had not heard positives about NCL so I was pleasantly surprised by the contrast in what I'd heard and what I experienced. It was so favorable I booked several future cruises prior to departing. The entertainment was the best I've seen in all my cruising. Duo Heartbeats was phenomenal!!!!
Pros: Staff was friendly, accommodating, engaging, professional
Cons: internet service in rooms was unacceptable. the only place I could get internet was in the internet cafe.

This was my second voyage on the Jade and my first in Europe! It was a very pleasant experience both times, but this trip was indeed magical waking up to a different and beautiful port each morning! The personnel on this ship are exceptional-from our cabin stewards to the officers! They truly make the journey memorable! The food was delicious in every venue and the entertainment extraordinary! I highly recommend travel on the Jade!
