This was the first time I had sail on this ship. It was easy to get various places once you learned the route.

We had a great Stateroom Attendant, whose name was Yanti, who was very good at her job. Our cabin was well serviced. Also, Wisnu and Robert, the Team Lead Servers, and Lovely Jane, Assistant Lead Server, in the Reflections Dining Lounge, were very good with performing their duties as well as helpful and friendly to us and others. They were a big part of the reason we enjoyed the trip so much.
Pros: The staff were very helpful and friendly. The food and entertainment was good.
Cons: There was some confusion during the debarkation. The digital system didn't appear to be working.

Wonderful pre Christmas cruise. Excellent itinerary. Not too many “at sea” days. Just enough.
Pros: Giant spacious ship
Cons: Lot’s of kids unfortunately.

The grandkids (ages 6 (granddaughter) and 9 (grandson) were so excited with their first cruise. Our 6-year-old granddaughter was even called up on stage to help the cruise director at the Welcome Aboard Show on the first night of the cruise. They both danced at the shows and at dinner. They, and us as grandparents, spent a lot of time at the pool and splash zone. It was great to see them so happy and having fun.
Pros: Very nice ship and very updated. Every employee was SO FRIENDLY, especially to the grandkids. Large ship but it didn't seem overly crowded.Hal
Cons: Air conditioning throughout the ship could have been cooler. The Lido deck was very warm, except in certain spots. The elevators didn't feel like there was no air circulating.

Southern Carribean itinerary was amazing. Cruise director Gary was the best we have had. Loved the Vista.
Pros: Ship was beautiful. Crew was outstanding.
Cons: We were on deck 1 and something underneath our room made tons of noise at night.

The food in the Ledo deck needs to be improved. If individuals are lactose intolerance, that milk/yoga should be offered. I really like gambling, but the casino was too smoky. Some individuals couldn’t participate on the machines, even in the nonsmoking room, the smoke infiltrated that room. Also, the nonsmoking room offered less machines to play. The Vista’s needs to create a nonsmoking lodge. The cruise ship was kept throughly clean. However, the Vista needs to improve its entrainment, most of that was country western, orchestra, or poor rock music that was boring. People takes cruises to have a blast, not sit around and drink.
Pros: Cruise offered excellent services, the staterooms, stateroom attendants, dining room, the server services, stateroom stewardesses.
Cons: The food on the Lego deck could be improved. The Visa casino was too smoky, even the nonsmoking area.
