Overview
With most staterooms featuring AmaWaterways' signature twin balconies, AmaPrima is the perfect ship to explore the riverbanks of Europe. White marble bathrooms, granite countertops, and top-of-the-line jet showerheads will make you want to stay in your stateroom, but there is far too much to explore. For that reason, AmaPrima houses a full fleet of bicycles, which passengers are encouraged to use for active exploration while in port.
After exploring, you are bound to work up an appetite. Perhaps you've made a reservation at the open-kitchen Chef's Table Restaurant, or you are looking forward to fine dining in the Main Restaurant. Either way, the cuisine is some of the best on the Rhine, inspired by the regions you will visit!

Everything exceeded our expectations from start to finish. They took care of us the entire trip.
Pros: Transfers A+, Very clean, Staff attention to detail, excursions well run, food superb, onboard activities interesting and fun and well run.
Cons: E-bikes should be available for this age group for bike tours

This was a very nice cruise, made all the more pleasurable by the included tours and options provided. I would definitely recommend this line and intinerary to anyone desiring a taste of the Danube River and it's surroundings.
Pros: Ship is new and very nice; staff excellent, friendly, always helpful.

Beautiful ship, wonderful staff, superb dining and beautiful scenery. What more could one ask for!

It was better than expected. The ship and crew were fabulous. Very organized. Never felt rushed or overcrowded. Day trips had options for everyone. The buses were all new with plenty of room, we were impressed with the knowledgeable tour guides as well Food was fabulous. Can't wait to book another river cruise. Can't say enough about how much we loved it.
Pros: First class all the way!
Cons: No complaints.

The staff was very friendly and courteous. The layout and design / décor of the ship was luxurious. The quality of food exceeded any cruise line we have experienced. The combination of menu and buffet choices were appreciated, as was the wonderful specialty restaurant. Our Cruise Manager, Ornulf Johannessen was fantastic and genuine. Tour guides were very knowledgeable, had a great sense of humor, and could draw comparison to the U.S. sites and customs. Champagne and white wine was excellent. Red wine was a bit light or rough - but it did reflect the specialty of the cruise area. Housekeeping staff kept the ship immaculate and were very considerate. On-board music could be a bit more up-to-date. Hungarian dancers brought aboard were excellent, and excursions to the Vienna wine "heurigen" and the Prague folk dinner were very enjoyable.
