Nice vessel. Good food as well as wine and beverage selection. Compliments to chef and staff. Good cleaning staff Excellent service in dining areas All staff members willing to answer any questions you have Many cruise lines have nice vessels, but the Tauck / M/S Joy excelled in the area of well trained and helpful staff.
Pros: Excellent support from the crew and staff - food selection was good and waiter helped with wine and food selections.

Tauck’s river cruises are a delight in every way. The Joy was spotless, and supremely comfortable.
Pros: Onboard tour directors, excellent meals, friendly, hard working staff.
Cons: There are none!

A great trip but very tiring. Ship Staff and Tour Directors were terrific as well as local guides. Tauck is the best at overall service.
Pros: Great hotels. Great Tour Directors and Ship Staff. Interesting tours.
Cons: Category 7 stateroom was well appointed but smaller than last riverboat tour. Little resting time.
