A 15 day cruise from Ft Lauderdale to New York on the Silver Shadow is a real treat. With 8 port days and 7 sea days, it's a nice balance of land and sea. Four bars and four restaurants and less than 400 guest, makes for a very open and spacious feeling all the time. Never to busy. Always great service.
Pros: Silversea service is always great. On a small ship, it's even better.
Cons: Being a small ship, rough seas can be felt.

We read mixed reviews of this ship and they were not true for us. From the moment we arrived at the port in NYC until we left the ship at the end, the cruise was amazing. Your every need is met immediately from the Captain to the waitstaff everyone is there to make you feel like you are a special passenger. We need handicap services as my husband uses a rollator and scooter and everyone went out of their way to help ensure his safety. Cabins/suites are spacious and well maintained, pool area is so well staffed and safe, . Highly recommend the Canada itinerary.
Pros: Food, Service, Cruise Director and Staff, Officers, Front Desk, etc. etc.
Cons: New, inexperienced cabin butler

Our experience was a pure delight! The suite size with a walk-in closet has spoiled us forever. Each meal was amazing as if we were dining at our favorite 5 star restaurants. We really appreciated the overall friendly, knowledgeable and attentive staff and crew. SilverSea really knows how to do "All-Inclusive" with class and expertise.
Pros: Incredible food , wine and spirits, Suite walk-in closet, overall service, smaller ship size

We departed Quebec City and finished 10 nights later in NYC. Pier 90. My favorite stop was Newport, Rhode Island and my 2nd favorite was Peggy's Cove in Nova Scotia. Simply beautiful. September 5, 2023 was a lil too early this year to see any leaves changing. If you want to see color I would elect to sail mid September- mid October MAX. We had outstanding service with all such beautiful smiles. Small ships are becoming more enjoyable as my years on this earth climb. Highly recommend a SILVERSEA experience. NOTHING to report that was Negative.

There were 262 guests on this ship on this cruise where the ship can accommodate @380 guests. With reduced numbers service was enhanced and all onboard performed well.
Pros: Ship clean, well taken care of, high level of service.
Cons: Dress code should be enforced better than it was.
