Pros: Loved the ship - food, entertainment and activities, lectures; itinerary.
Cons: Hated wasting time waiting for shows because you have to arrive early to get good seats. Venues are way to small for number of cruisers.

The ride was gentle and the staff excellent to deal with. The entertainment was also topnotch.
Pros: It took us to many ports (9) in 4 different countries. We were able to see things we had only seen on screen or in books. Our stateroom steward Yevgeniy, was outstanding. Our grandkids slept over one night and he graciously set up the couch for them to sleep. The food was generally good.
Cons: The general dining rooms were usually very slow. We often ended up in the cafeteria for decent food and a quicker turnaround.

Great cruise. The other con would be kid club hours-it seemed like it was never at the right time for us.
Pros: Cruise ship is new and beautiful with a clean, modern, and elegant design. Food and drinks were the best on any cruise Iāve been on in 30 years. Phenomenal service.
Cons: Older crowd. The night āclubā was in the Dome and the DJ wanted to give us a party but guests in cabins close by kept complaining about the noise. Seems like there should be a better solution for the night club.

Enjoyed the ship and all the activities ,entertainment and the dining The staff was outstanding and helpful I especially would like to commend Larissa the conoisseur at the sancuary club and Adnan the bartender at Crooners bar. My wife and I were so impressed that we booked another cruise on the Star princess next year.
Pros: embarkation disembarkation food drinks entertainment staff medallions
Cons: wifi kept going off on my phone

Everyone we told that it was our 1st cruise said we were so lucky! The Sun Princess is a gorgeous ship and we now have high expectations for any other ship we ride that's not Sun Princess! We were very impressed with the dining and shopping and entertainment options. The ship's layout was fantastic- we didn't ever feel as if we were cruising with 4,000 people on board! The staff was excellent and very attentive. The room decor was beautiful and calming. We loved every minute of our time on this ship!
Pros: Brand new, aesthetically pleasing design, beautiful, well thought out layout, restaurant variety, entertainment variety, attentive staff
Cons: room service food/breakfast choices were very limited.
