In my opinion two of the ports of call were not worth it. Lerwick and Dover. In Lerwicks case,it took to long to get there for half of day on the port. Not much to see or do. In Dovers case in my opinion it was a waste of time. The trip we took, it took us longer to get there that the time we spent in town. Canterbury. They are remodeling the church,they charge a fee to get in and we were not forewarned. They also did not tell us that we had to surrender our passports to the Irish government. This was a Big Surprise to all of us. In the middle of your cruise your told, Ho by the way tomorrow you have to surrender your passport to the Irish government. It was a lot of people very upset.
Pros: Great Staff, enfacis on safe and house keeping,they are all about service
Cons: They can on improvements on their meals, the food could be of better quality. Sometimes the coffee was cold in the main dining room. Maybe they can focus more on healthy options as they only have one very limited option by the Spa with limited service.

There was a lot of things to do on the ship. the shows were great. the food was good and being that I have allergy problems they worked around them and got me great meals that I could eat.

We enjoyed the Eclipse and would have enjoyed it more if all work had been completed. The staff and dining experience was great. The one complaint that we had was that the Celebrity excursions both on the ship and on shore did not always follow what was promised. We had less problems with the Viatour tours that we did
