Our servers for our room, Edy was friendly, reliable, and very thorough. We enjoyed our dining experience so much with Sheldon, team leader. Ni Ketut was such a joy to be around. Sheldon was courteous, pleasant and very interested in making sure we were 110% satisfied. Even when I asked for recommendations, he was spot on. Ni Ketut, assistant team server was amazing. She has a smile as big as big as the ocean and the most bubbly and gracious personality. I ran into her during our lunch and she recognized us and called me by name. She is professional, and really enjoys her work and is great at it. Her sweet disposition warmed my heart.

Cons: Poor WiFi even with high speed internet extended WiFi purchase

As always the Carnival staff is great and they obviously work so hard. I was amazed at how good they are at memorizing our names and making us feel at home, considering the hundreds of people they serve on a monthly basis. We also had some great excursion opportunities which allowed us to get close to the Alaskan wilderness to see some amazing sights. For the Alaskan cruise, being outdoors in the ship is almost impossible due to how cold it is. As such there should be more options for fun activities on the ship during sea days. There was only so much “Guess the song” trivia that we could handle. Some more games or something would have been nice. The on board entertainment was also meh, it was clear that this ship wasn’t holding the A team entertainers. I did like the cruise director Sinclair though, she was great.
