Enjoyed cruise and AMA as organized as ever. Crew very well trained and friendly. Food is very good but it appears to me that portions are somewhat smaller than in the past. This was taken care of when several of our party ordered two main courses. Desserts are very good and you can order two or even three. Airport transportation was seamless. Tours were enjoyable and informative.
Pros: Ship, Crew, Organization
Cons: Danube south not quite as interesting as Danube north

Everyone I spoke with on the cruise said the same thing - how nice the cruise all in all was. You could tell the staff loved their jobs. Ship was a littler older, but still nice. Many wanted to sail on Ama again.
Pros: Cruise director / staff / itinerary/ guides on excursions
Cons: food - it was not as wonderful as everything else. (especially dinners)

See Pros above … enjoyed the cuisine (locally and on the ship), enjoyed all excursion options (walking, hiking, & biking), we upgraded our room to have slightly more room and it was worth the slight extra cost, beautiful views, amazing vacation!
Pros: Too many to list, Prague is fascinating and beautiful, the ship was casually luxurious, all the stops and excursions were terrific, staff was friendly and eager to please, etc.

Ama Waterways delivers a superb river cruise experience. Every aspect of the cruise was carefully planned and organized and the ship's staff were highly skilled and extremely accommodating. All staff wore masks 100% of the time they were in areas accessible to passengers. The Cruise Manager was exceptional in her organization, knowledge and relationships with guests.
Pros: Cruise Manager, Ship staff, hygiene, safety, meals, staff services, shore excursions, tour guides, luxury
Cons: Only one: it was difficult to find small change for tipping tour guides due to currency shortages in eastern Europe.
