In order to help protect your vacation investment, The Cruise Web offers insurance protection with a wide range of benefits through Travel Guard, a trusted partner and leader in the travel insurance and assistance industry.

As the cost of travel protection varies with the cost of your vacation, please call your cruise consultant for pricing and to purchase. The sooner you sign up, the sooner your trip investment can be protected.

Trip protection may provide:

• Reimbursement of the nonrefundable portion of your travel investment if you have to cancel or interrupt your travel for a covered reason
• Benefits for covered medical emergencies and emergency transportation while you are abroad
• Protection for eligible travel delays, baggage delays, and lost or stolen baggage
• 24/7 live emergency hotline which provides a broad range of services in the event of a travel or medical emergency, including medical referral and monitoring, legal assistance, arrangement of medical evacuations or repatriations and pre-trip assistance

CW offers travel protection through our partner, Travel Guard, to help protect your travel investment in case of the unexpected. Travel protection plans include benefits for Trip Cancellation, Trip Interruption, Emergency Medical Expenses, and Emergency Evacuation/Repatriation, Trip Delay, Baggage Delay and more. Coverage for pre-existing medical conditions may or not be included with your coverage depending on the plan, and other factors outlined in the certificate of insurance. To maintain a pre-existing medical condition exclusion waiver, if one exists in the policy, the amount of coverage purchased must equal all cancellation penalties up to the maximum shown in the policy including any subsequent arrangements made for the same trip.  It is the responsibility of the insured to notify The Cruise Web of necessary changes, and to update the coverage to include the additional cost of the subsequent arrangements within 15 days of payment to the travel supplier and/or The Cruise Web.

Coverage available only to residents of U.S. states (except Hawaii and New York) and the District of Columbia. Insurance offered by Travel Guard Group, Inc., a licensed producer.
