Learn about St. Croix's rich rum-making heritage with a tour of one of its famous distilleries. The Cruzan Rum Distillery (one of the oldest in the Caribbean) and the Captain Morgan Visitor Center both offer guided tours that explain the distillation process, followed by tastings.
