Tip: The old town is a perfect place to find a cozy café or a traditional Bavarian restaurant for lunch.
Enjoy the natural beauty of the region by taking a leisurely hike or bike ride around the picturesque Alpsee Lake. The trail offers serene views of the surrounding mountains and castles and is a perfect way to relax and take in the fresh Alpine air.
Tip: The trail is well-maintained and suitable for most fitness levels. Bicycles can be rented in the nearby village.
From June to October, you can take a relaxing boat tour on Forggensee Lake, Germany's largest reservoir. The tour provides unique vantage points of the royal castles, Füssen's old town, and the dramatic backdrop of the Alps.
Tip: The boats have both indoor and outdoor seating, so you can enjoy the tour regardless of the weather.
