Saint Florent is a French commune located on the island of Corsica in France’s Haute-Corse department. The island is southeast of the mainland and not far to the west of Italy. The Patrimonio vineyards aren’t far from Saint Florent and are a big tourist draw along with the commune’s luscious beaches. It’s also a relatively popular fishing port where visitors are encouraged to rent out boats in the harbor for deep sea or recreational fishing. The marina acts as the town’s lively center with its many restaurants, cafes, bars and shops.
