Within the Bay of Bengal and Andaman Sea lie the Andaman and Nicobar Islands; here you'll find the cruise port of Ross Island, India. Ross Island used to be the administrative headquarters within the Andaman and Nicobar Islands; a 1941 earthquake moved the HQ to nearby Port Blair, which is less isolated than Ross.
