• The Chutes de la Lobé (Lobé Waterfalls) is a gorgeous spot for spending some time in nature. You can take a guided tour or hire a canoe to get close up, or hike to it if you're feeling adventurous. There are excellent local restaurants nearby for a bite afterward.
   
• With miles of sand where you can sit or play, the Plage de Grand Batanga is one of the most popular beaches in Cameroon. There are trees for shade when it's time for a break from the sun, and places to buy fresh seafood and have it prepared right in front of you.
   
• To see life in a traditional fishing village, visit the Londji village des pecheurs. Far removed from city life, the locals are friendly and accommodating, and there's more of that famous roasted fish to be had.
   
• Divers will enjoy exploring the Gulf of Guinea. Thanks to its warm waters and multiple diving clubs in the area, you can check out the unique marine life all year long.
