Cape Wrath, Scotland Cruise Port

• Birdwatchers and wildlife photographers should have a good time touring the cape since it has been designated as a Special Protection Area for birds. This designation is due to the fact that some seabird species use the cape as a nesting area and natural habitat.
   
• Visitors should not miss the chance to visit the lighthouse found on Cape Wrath. It dates back to 1828 when it was built by Robert Stevenson. The lighthouse was manned until 1998, but later converted to an automatic operation. The views from this point are simply spectacular.
   
• Architecture and history fanatics should pay a visit to the Lloyds Building. They were recently designated at category B as buildings that have Special Historic or Architectural Interest. Here, visitors can get a glimpse of how this signaling station tracked and monitored passing ships and their cargo.
   
• This unique geographical feature also plays host to the beautiful Kearvaig beach. It is located approximately 3.5 miles east of the cape. Visitors who want to relax while absorbing stunning views of the cape should definitely pay this secluded beach a visit.
