Tip: The most efficient way to get between the villages is by using the local train. A one-day pass is available and is the most convenient option for an excursion.
For a truly immersive experience, hike one of the scenic coastal trails that connect the villages. While the famous Via dell'Amore (between Riomaggiore and Manarola) is often closed, other trails are available and offer spectacular views of the coastline, vineyards, and villages.
