Tip: For the best views, consider going on a clear day. The gondola ride is an experience in itself, but the views from the top are truly magnificent.
Spend time exploring the charming town of Banff. Stroll along Banff Avenue, browse the unique shops and art galleries, and enjoy a meal at one of the many restaurants. The town is surrounded by stunning scenery, with views of Cascade Mountain always in sight.

Tip: The hot springs can be very popular, especially in the late afternoon. Consider a morning visit for a more peaceful experience.
Just a short walk or drive from the town, visit the impressive Bow Falls, a wide waterfall on the Bow River. Then, head to nearby Surprise Corner for a classic, panoramic view of the iconic Fairmont Banff Springs Hotel set against a backdrop of mountains
Tip: These two spots are easily visited together and offer excellent photo opportunities of the town's natural and man-made landmarks.
Banff National Park is an adventurer's paradise. Depending on the season, you can enjoy a scenic hike on one of the many trails, spot local wildlife such as elk and bighorn sheep, or join a tour to see more remote areas.
