Overview
Congratulations on your upcoming Cosmos vacation, and thank you for selecting The Cruise Web!
If you didn’t book with The Cruise Web, there’s still time! If you haven’t paid for your reservation in full yet, give us a call to learn how you can transfer your cruise reservation to The Cruise Web and one of our expert consultants. By doing so, you’ll gain access to years of experience, outstanding service, and possibly extra amenities, all at no additional cost to you.
Here you will find essential information to assist you in your preparations for your upcoming Cosmos tour vacation.
Your travel documents, including e-ticket, will be available approximately 2-3 weeks prior to your departure (provided full payment, emergency contact details and passport/government issued ID information has been received).
Due to increased security in ports worldwide, your embarkation will be much faster and easier if all of your important information is already in the cruise line's check-in system before arrival by pre-registering online. You will need your invoice/confirmation number to pre-register.
Pre-register for your Globus tour.
To travel with Globus, you are required to complete the Globus Guest Acknowledgement process after the reservation is made. At least one guest on a reservation must complete the process for the entire travel party.

By booking with The Cruise Web, the Guest explicitly agrees to Globus' Travel Terms and Conditions. Please read all sections carefully as they affect the passenger's legal rights.
Proof of citizenship and photo identification will be required for your vacation. A valid US passport and visa may also be required for your travel, depending on your destination. The United States Department of State has recently changed documentation requirements for travel outside of the United States and continues to review these requirements.
For example, when traveling to certain countries, your passport must be valid for several months beyond the dates of when you expect to complete your travel and return home.
Please visit the State Department website for the official and most up-to-date documentation requirements and for instructions on how to renew or obtain a passport if needed. You may also contact the National Passport Information Center toll-free at 1-877-487-2778.
Non-US citizens should check with their local consulate to determine the specific documents required for travel.
In order to help protect your vacation investment, The Cruise Web offers insurance protection with a wide range of insurance benefits and non-insurance services through Travel Insured International (TII), our trusted partner and leader in the travel insurance industry.
