Here you will find essential information to assist you in your preparations for your upcoming Windstar cruise vacation.
Your tickets will be e-tickets. All domestic airfare (if applicable) will also be e-tickets. Your documents are usually received approximately 60 days prior to departure. Travel documents, however, are only issued after final payment has been received by Windstar.
Due to increased security in ports worldwide, your embarkation will be much faster and easier if all of your important information is already in the cruise line's check-in system before arrival by pre-registering online.

Proof of citizenship and photo identification will be required for your vacation. A valid US passport and visa may also be required for your travel, depending on your destination. The United States Department of State has recently changed documentation requirements for travel outside of the United States and continues to review these requirements.
For example, when traveling to certain countries, your passport must be valid for several months beyond the dates of when you expect to complete your travel and return home.
