We had a wonderful trip recently. Viking Staff did a great job taking care of us from the time they picked us up at the airport, at the hotel in Prague, and especially on the Viking Egil. David was an excellent cruise director. He was helpful, and also had a great sense of humor. All the staff exceeded our expectations. Our rooms were always clean. The food was amazing. The guides and tours were awesome. We had such a fun time on this trip. Thank you Viking.

I was so impressed with the service from Viking. The took great care of us from the time we got off the plane in Prague, at the Hotel there, on the tours, and especially on the ship. David was an amazing director. He was very helpful to give information and also a lot of fun with a great sense of humor. The staff kept our room clean, served us great food, and exceeded our expectation.

Staff were excellent. Certainly spoil the passengers at every opportunity. Meals were excellent. Cabins worked out great and cabin service was excellent. It was the best tour/cruise experience I have had.
Pros: Professional service across the board, excursions were as advertised and care was taken to insure they were done properly, could not have asked for better experience

We enjoyed a delightful week aboard the Viking Egil. Oliver, the grand master of ceremonies, did a great job keeping us informed and entertained. It was so nice to be able to be nearby the towns and cities we visited, reducing travel time, and the excursions were interesting and fun, especially the Nuremburg War Trial/Nazi overview, the two Abbey's and the Mozart/Strauss concert in Vienna. The food was delicious and plentiful, with a great cappuccino/latte/coffee machine available 24/7. We had a suite which included laundry and daily fruit and other snack treats, a nice touch.
