Overview
Congratulations on your upcoming Viking Expedition cruise and thank you for selecting The Cruise Web!
If you didn’t book with The Cruise Web, there’s still time! If you haven’t paid for your reservation in full yet, give us a call to learn how you can transfer your cruise reservation to The Cruise Web and one of our expert consultants. By doing so, you’ll gain access to years of experience, outstanding service, and possibly extra amenities, all at no additional cost to you.
Here you will find essential information to assist you in your preparations for your upcoming Viking Expedition cruise.
Your electronic documents will be emailed to you 14 days prior to your embarkation. You may also access all documents and information regarding your booking by visiting your My Viking Journey account Booking Summary page.
In addition to your electronic documents, approximately 14 to 45 days prior to your departure, you will receive a package in the mail which will include your personalized embarkation tags and one red transfer sticker per guest, if applicable.
Due to increased security in ports worldwide, your embarkation will be much faster and easier if all of your pertinent information is already in the cruise line's check-in system. If you are pre-registering for multiple cabins, please note that each cabin needs a different username and password to pre-register.

By booking with The Cruise Web, the Passenger explicitly agrees to the terms of Viking's Passenger Ticket Contract. Please read all sections carefully as they affect the passenger's legal rights.
Proof of citizenship and photo identification will be required for your vacation. A valid US passport and visa may also be required for your travel, depending on your destination. The United States Department of State has recently changed documentation requirements for travel outside of the United States and continues to review these requirements.
For example, when traveling to certain countries, your passport must be valid for several months beyond the dates of when you expect to complete your travel and return home.
Please visit the State Department website for the official and most up-to-date documentation requirements and for instructions on how to renew or obtain a passport if needed. You may also contact the National Passport Information Center toll-free at 1-877-487-2778.
Non-US citizens should check with their local consulate to determine the specific documents required for travel.
In order to help protect your vacation investment, The Cruise Web offers insurance protection with a wide range of insurance benefits and non-insurance services through Travel Insured International (TII), our trusted partner and leader in the travel insurance industry.
