• Petra: Hidden Treasure of the Ancient World (Aquaba, Jordan)
  In 1812, this incredible site was discovered and has since become a massive attraction for travelers. Here you’ll head on a walk through a gorge where you’ll finally catch a glimpse of this ancient city where amazing structures have been carved into the surrounding sandstone rocks. In total, there are 800 monuments to see. After a morning of exploration you’ll have a buffet lunch at a nearby hotel.
   

• Artists of Saigon (Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam)
  Travel to an artists village about 20-minutes outside of the city limits of Ho Chi Minh. Here a group of famous Vietnamese artists work in harmony to produce the region’s most acclaimed works. • Mumbai’s Jewish Heritage (Mumbai, India)
  Pass the Gateway of India on the way to Keneseth Eliyahoo Synagogue, built in 1884. Then visit the Gothic-style David Sassoon Library to marvel at its sheer size. You’ll first head out to a local market with an instructor to pick up fresh ingredients, seeing the people who grew the vegetables and fished for the seafood. Then you’ll head back to the restaurant to learn about the main spices and herbs used in Thai cooking. Then you’ll prepare an appetizer, soup, main dish and side dish. After you’ve completed this meal, you’ll sit down and enjoy it.
