Pros: The service was great. Food as well. We had several wonderful excursions. We were happy.
Cons: We had a forward stateroom. When the rolling of the ship was more pronounced we had a banging that was annoying.

We had a phenomenal time on the liberty of the seas! The staff were so friendly and accommodating! The food was excellent and they could make any cocktail you ask for! The entertainment was perfect for any age, our 11, 13, and 15 year olds enjoyed themselves! We highly recommend!

We enjoyed returning to Liberty of the Seas for a second adventure. Although a little dated, we look forward to sailing on her a third time after being upgraded in 2026!
Pros: Staff was great, lots to do, ship was clean, food was good, itinerary was perfect
Cons: No freestyle soda machine, a little dated

Loved the staff in all areas of the ship. Top notch service. Everyone helpful The app not working was frustrating when it came to checking account record and departing ship. Work around with helpful staff at customer service desk. Boarding was easy, exiting ship was easy. Entertainment was great.
Pros: Customer service was excellent. Plenty of entertainment.
Cons: Trouble using app to access daily information.
