Kids club needs to be re done. It is very boring compared to shops with newer updates. Staff is great but kids found it disappointing. Elevators and sea days felt very crowded with little if any room at pools. Deck 10 hallway starboard side smelled very musty, they really should address that. Overall wonderful ship. The staff is always so wonderful and really makes the cruise special. We really enjoyed having two connecting balcony rooms for a family of 5! Lots of activities and amenities to keep the whole family happy.
Pros: Beautiful well kept ship with amazing staff, lots of amenities, activities and dinning options.
Cons: Crowded sea days, very musty smelling hallway, crowded elevators, kids club is dated, poor set up

Great service and entertainment, very organized embarkation and debarkation, dining room and buffet food was good (room for individual taste judgements), May was a good month to go for weather and sea conditions!

Had a wonderful time with my family on this cruise. This ship has top of the line entertainment and delicious food. The staff is incredible 100% of the time. Would go again and again.

It was a great trip!
Pros: Lots of activities, great entertainment, service was fantastic.
Cons: There are a lot of people on this ship, Costa Maya was not the best port, getting to Galveston was a little harder than normal.
