This will be a new holiday tradition - our family had an absolute blast on the Enchantment of the Seas! The staff ends up being like family, the only con was departing the ship!
Pros: Everything - hospitality, staff, food!

Our server at lunch was usually Michael and he was truly a Gem. At dinner we sat at table206 at 8:00pm and our two servers were Magnificent. All the staff are Wonderful. Thank You for making our Vacation one to remember!
Pros: Everything was really Great!! The service on the cruise was excellent anything you needed they worked to get it for you. Meals were served with us in mind also they made sure that you had enough. I think I gained10Lbs! I would extremely recommend this company and the ship.

This is an older ship and it's starting to show its age. We booked 2 cabins (interior and a balcony). The interior cabin was so small and our granddaughter and our niece were cramped. They spend a lot of time in our more roomier balcony stateroom. The staff was excellent and went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of, especially since our granddaughter is on the autism spectrum.
Pros: Food, nightly shows, engaging daily activities, excellent cabin attendants & dinning room servers
Cons: Shops on the ship were lacking, tender transfers to and from the ship needs improvement

My husband and I took our two sons, 24 and 25, on their first cruise. All of us had a wonderful time because of all the options available. Sunshine, beaches, casino, physical activity, and just the right amount of food. We embarked out of Tampa and it was easy. Disembarking was easy and fast. We would do this type of trip again. Rojas is my only disappointment. Weather affected our tendering and we got stuck on shore for 3 hours trying to get back to the ship.
Pros: Smaller ship, friendly staff
Cons: Be prepared to negotiate at ports
