With nearly one staff person for every guest, Paul Gauguin Cruises prides itself on giving the highest level of service. The staff are available at all times to answer questions and serve you anything you might crave, all with big smiles on their faces.

Butler Service
To really sail in luxury, it’s a must to have butler service, where a stateroom attendant is on hand to help you unpack, to make reservations at the spa for you and to arrange for a private car. The butler is always there to help you out.
 

Laundry, Dry Cleaning and Pressing Services
For an extra fee you can have any of your clothes washed, dry cleaned or pressed by the ship’s staff while onboard. This service is a same-day service, but does have extra fees associated with it. Passengers can also add a laundry package to their sailing.
 

Medical Services
Each ship has a licensed and registered doctor and nurse on 24-hour call for emergency service.
