We enjoyed our time aboard the Aqua. The dining package was worth the money, but we did not get our money's worth out of the beverage package. Soda stations are few and far between as are the water bottle filling stations. The service at The Local was terrible both times we visited. Otherwise, the service was remarkable. The buffet area is chaotic in the morning and during lunch. The aisle walkway is way too narrow for the amount of people. Advice: eat in the other dining areas.
Pros: Comfortable, great staff, excellent dining rooms, loved the Observation Lounge
Cons: Buffet walkway is way too narrow, soda is hard to find, water bottle filling stations are hard to find

Ship was beautiful and impeccably decorated.
Pros: The ship is brand new so everything is beautiful. Beds were comfortable. Wait staff and room attendant were top-notch. Enjoyed the Free-Style dining. Never had to wait to be seated for a meal.
Cons: Entertainment was minimal and I didn't like having to wait in line for 45 minutes to be able to get a seat. Their accessible tours were not really accessible, so we never left the ship. I did not like not being able to reserve show times as you had to wait 45 minutes to one hour to see a show. There were two shows we weren't able to see because there was standing room only, which doesn't work for a handicapped person.
