Very nice ship with good facilities and well trained staff and crew. Everyone was pleasant and courteous. Boarding, de-boarding and moving around the ship was much easier than others I have experienced.
Pros: Nice ship and amenities, the staff and crew were excellent. If any issued occurred it was quickly corrected.
Cons: If you are at the club every night you will notice the same set played. Some of the food options at the buffet were hit or miss but cooking for a general crowd is always tricky. Advise to bring a small container of your favorite seasoning if you have exotic taste.

Reflection is a well run ship- staff are friendly and helpful; food is very good throughout. Our private steward was very good. We enjoyed the music entertainment and the ports we went to. Lots of fun activities going on. The app has lots of good information, (along with videos on tv )and was very helpful for our first cruise.
Pros: Organized, clean ship- great staff@
Cons: Could use more types of craft beer; would.like.more.seafood options; would like more restaurants included for dining options without extra cost

Celebrity does a great job! This is the second time we have gone on a cruise with Celebrity and will do another! I like how it is a ship with mainly older adults!!!

We enjoyed everything about the trip. Staff and crew were incredible, friendly and couldn’t do enough. The Captain mingled with the travelers and crew would see you off after the shows. One show they gave us complimentary champagne. The elevators were a bit slow and always packed. The room stewardess kept the room clean and she did rooms quickly including a chocolate on the pillow each night. So many bars and restaurants on this ship and the food was amazing. We were in the Aqua class and had a nice visit to the spa. We were able to eat in the Blu room each night and order from the Blu or Opus main dining room’s menu. The entertainment was top notch and very talented singers, dancers and musicians. Thoroughly enjoyed our time aboard the Celebrity Reflection.
Pros: Service was incredible in all facets of the trip
Cons: Slow embarking from ship at the end of cruise.

Everything on the ship was wonderful. The ship was very clean, the staff, activities,and the dining experiences were also wonderful. The one thing that I did not like is that the announcements are not piped in everywhere on the ship. For example, if we were in our rooms, we had to go into the hall to hear what was being said.

Amazing staff, great food, variety of entertainment.
Pros: Size, entertainment , dining options
Cons: The Retreat didn’t have a sun deck or pool. The pool chairs were hard to get at the pool.
