The menu comment is not that the food wasn’t good, the taste, plating, and service are great. It’s just that I expected a bit more variety day to day at the buffet for lunch and dinner. The main dining menu is good and rotates daily, but they had a lot of the one-time per cruise “premium” offerings on the same night and I don’t like wasting food just to get a taste of something. I would challenge anyone to find a better Cruise Hotel Director, Andrea takes her job to heart and wants to ensure every guest has a good voyage.
Pros: Great staff, communication with guests, available amenities on board, itinerary and variety of excursion options, the service was good
Cons: Menu options not as varied as a previous cruise

Waited for four years to do this trip. Worth the wait. Everything we had hoped for and more. Great service.
Pros: Great service. Refurbished ship. Great ports and shore excursions.

We loved the itinerary - all of the islands we visited were great. The service was very good - stateroom service and Main Dining room service. The entertainment was very good, even the cruise director had a show and he was a very good singer. We really enjoyed our time aboard

Excellent entertainment and ship info insights. Ocean lectures and canal commentary was very good! Ports of call had very welcoming entrance areas esp. Cartagena's wildlife and plantings - Gift shop there was the best from local craftsmen to jewelry! Shopping was great in island cruise ports and good values aboard also! Effy!!! Spa was great. Tuscan Grille was a treat!!! Thanks for the fab Birthday Dinner.
Pros: Superb staff from Captain to cabin steward, ultra clean ship
Cons: Soups were disappointing! Wanted more written info on the ports
