Pros: Staff and Crew. Ship overall.

I recently took my first cruise on the Carnival Freedom, and it couldn’t have been better! The staff was incredible—they remembered our names, took care of our dietary preferences, and even brought fans to our staterooms for added comfort. The crew’s friendliness and dedication made the entire experience unforgettable. Boarding and disembarking were seamless, making everything stress-free. This team clearly loves what they do and works hard to make each guest’s experience special. I highly recommend Carnival Freedom for an exceptional cruise!
Pros: Amazing staff and excursions, clean rooms, best dining experience ever!
Cons: Should have booked 7 days instead of 5!

Good food, excellent staff, Awesome ports, karaoke and the serenity place were my favorite. Notices that the floor needs some repair by the hot tubs upstairs.
Pros: Endless food, all the kid activities
Cons: Some places need some repair...by the hot tubs on on of the top floors

The staff were fantastic! The musicians on board were amazing! Guys burger joint was absolutely delicious!

This was our first cruise and definitely exceeded our expectations!! We are ready to book our next one! The staff was amazing! Great customer service from everyone! From getting on the ship to getting off the ship they were very helpful and organized. We loved Supriyanto and Edaniel that did great on keeping our rooms very clean daily. Adinta, Tinton, and Manisha that always made sure we enjoyed our dinners and always had the best recommendations on what to pick from the daily menu! Couldn't forget about the the best bartender's Benjawan and Prakash always mixing the best drinks to enjoy by the pool or really anywhere;) We can't forget dj TJ that made just everything more fun and always keeping us up with the important announcements.

The wait staff: Mark, Jun, & Harriet were incredible! Mark was always waiting to walk us to our favorite table each night. Liezle the hostess's always greeted us and knew which table and server we preferred. Emma was an amazing cruise director, she really made the cruise more fun. Neil, Lei Lei, Christian, and Joe also went above and beyond to make sure guests were happy and enjoying themselves.
Pros: The Carnival Freedom was overall amazing. The dining staff really went above and beyond.
Cons: One thing I didn’t appreciate was being ignored at the atrium bar and have to wait 30+ min for a drink when there were only 5 people at the bar. We also didn’t see our cabin steward after the initial introduction, but the steward responsible for the rooms next to us, Aleksandar, alway said hello in the hallways and asked how our day was.
