Your Carnival Cruise Information

Overview
Congratulations on your upcoming Carnival cruise and thank you for selecting The Cruise Web!
If you didn’t book with The Cruise Web, there’s still time! If you haven’t paid for your reservation in full yet, give us a call to learn how you can transfer your cruise reservation to The Cruise Web and one of our expert consultants. By doing so, you’ll gain access to years of experience, outstanding service, and possibly extra amenities, all at no additional cost to you.
Here you will find essential information to assist you in your preparations for your upcoming Carnival cruise vacation.
Online Check-in can be accessed within 14 days prior to sailing and no later than midnight (Eastern Time) prior to the sailing date.
On embarkation day, a boarding pass will be emailed to your email address that is linked to your reservation profile, whether Online Check-in has been completed or not. At embarkation, you may show your printed boarding pass or the boarding pass on your mobile phone.
Due to increased security in ports worldwide, your embarkation will be much faster and easier if all of your important information is already in the cruise line's check-in system before arrival by pre-registering online.
Pre-register for your Carnival cruise.
By booking with The Cruise Web, Passenger explicitly agrees to the terms of Carnival's Cruise Ticket Contract. Please read all sections carefully as they affect the passengers' legal rights.
Proof of citizenship and photo identification will be required for your vacation. A valid US passport and visa may also be required for your travel, depending on your destination. The United States Department of State has recently changed documentation requirements for travel outside of the United States and continues to review these requirements.
For example, when traveling to certain countries, your passport must be valid for several months beyond the dates of when you expect to complete your travel and return home.
Please visit the State Department website for the official and most up-to-date documentation requirements and for instructions on how to renew or obtain a passport if needed. You may also contact the National Passport Information Center toll-free at 1-877-487-2778.
Non-US citizens should check with their local consulate to determine the specific documents required for travel.
In order to help protect your vacation investment, The Cruise Web offers insurance protection with a wide range of insurance benefits and non-insurance services through Travel Insured International (TII), our trusted partner and leader in the travel insurance industry.
