Silversea groups its 17 suite types into four categories: Oceanview, Veranda, Residence and Villa. Suites range from 240 to 1,868 square feet, and every one includes butler service and 24-hour in-suite dining.

As you move up in category, you gain more space and more thoughtful extras. What's Included in Every Silversea Suite

Some things never change, no matter which category you book. Every Silversea suite comes with butler service, 24-hour in-suite dining, complimentary Wi-Fi, multiple dining options, beverages, port fees, taxes and gratuities.

What does shift is how shore excursions are handled, and that depends on your fare type rather than your suite. We break down Silversea's fare types in our guide: Is Silversea Worth It?

Oceanview Suites

A close-up view of a comfortable bed with crisp white linens and a padded headboard. In the background, a cozy seating area features a sofa, a small round table, and a large window looking out onto the sea.

Wake up to breathtaking ocean horizons in the Panorama Suite, where plush comfort meets stunning, uninterrupted sea views just beyond your bed.

Silversea's Oceanview category covers 240 to 334 square feet and features large picture windows for sweeping views. Two suite types fall here, and if you have a particular ship in mind, note that neither is offered on Silver Nova, Silver Ray, Silver Endeavour or Silver Origin.

Veranda Suites

A luxury cruise suite bedroom focusing on a neatly made bed in the foreground. Beyond the bed, a living space includes a sofa, a coffee table, a wall-mounted television, and a sliding glass door opening to an ocean-view veranda at dusk.

Unwind in style and step right out onto your private veranda to take in golden-hour views over the tranquil sea from your Veranda Suite.

If a private balcony is on your must-have list, the Veranda category is where Silversea starts offering one. Sizes run from 295 to 387 square feet across five suite types, and the differences come down mostly to location and extra space.

  • Premium Veranda Suite: Sits in the top aft area, with a marble bathroom featuring a double vanity and a walk-in shower or large bathtub. Offered on Silver Endeavour, Silver Nova and Silver Ray.
  • Deluxe Veranda Suite: Extra room to spread out, a balcony with patio furniture and space for a third guest. Found on all 12 ships.
  • Superior Veranda Suite: An upper-deck location with sunset views and floor-to-ceiling glass doors that open onto the veranda. Available on every ship except Silver Wind and Silver Cloud.
  • Classic Veranda Suite: Tucked under the bow, with floor-to-ceiling glass doors opening onto the veranda. Available on every ship except Silver Cloud.
  • Veranda Suite: A spacious living area and marble bathroom lead out to a furnished private teak veranda. You'll only find this one aboard Silver Cloud.

Residence Suites

An elegant suite interior with a sitting area containing a sofa and a coffee table adorned with flowers. A sliding glass partition opens into the bedroom area, while a built-in cabinetry unit holds a coffee maker and refreshment station.

Experience effortless elegance in the Medallion Suite, featuring seamless living areas, a dedicated refreshment bar and a luxurious residential layout.

Residence suites add a separate bedroom and living area, covering 355 to 850 square feet across five suite types. Three of the five are offered on only two or three ships, so your choice of ship shapes your options.

  • Junior Grand Suite: Positioned in the top bow area at 581 to 624 square feet, including a 64-square-foot balcony. A living and dining area sits apart from a secluded bedroom. Offered on Silver Nova and Silver Ray.
  • Signature Suite: Unobstructed views from every interior area set this 700-square-foot suite apart, along with a 172-square-foot balcony. It debuted with the Silver Nova class. Available on Silver Endeavour, Silver Nova and Silver Ray.
  • Silver Suite: A midship location keeps onboard venues close, and expansive glass doors open to the veranda. Found on all 12 ships.
  • Premium Medallion Suite: Positioned at the aft with 527 square feet of interior space, an 86-square-foot balcony and a king-size bed in a secluded bedroom area. Offered on Silver Nova and Silver Ray.
  • Medallion Suite: A spacious living area opens to a large private veranda, with a cozy indoor seating area. Available on every ship except Silver Endeavour, Silver Dawn and Silver Moon.

Villa Suites

A sophisticated living and dining space featuring a round marble table surrounded by four armchairs. A sculptural metal centerpiece rests on the table, and a long refreshment counter with a built-in coffee bar runs along the right side.

Indulge in extraordinary spaciousness in the Otium Suite, complete with an intimate marble dining table, bespoke art and an upgraded wet bar for ultimate relaxation.

Villa is the largest of Silversea's four categories, spanning 587 to 1,868 square feet across five suite types, with exact sizes varying by ship.

  • Otium Suite: A premium aft corner suite totaling 1,324 square feet, including a 431-square-foot balcony with a whirlpool bath. Offered on Silver Nova and Silver Ray.
  • Master Suite: Floor-to-ceiling glazing wraps around the living room and bedroom for 270-degree views from a premium aft corner. Available on Silver Endeavour, Silver Nova and Silver Ray.
  • Owner's Suite: An apartment-style layout with a private veranda, a spacious living room and an Italian marble bathroom. Sizes vary by ship, reaching 1,868 square feet aboard Silver Endeavour. Offered on every ship in the fleet.
  • Grand Suite: A large living room, furnished patio, walk-in closet and Italian marble bathroom make it comfortable for entertaining or quiet time alone. Found on all 12 ships.
  • Royal Suite: A one-bedroom layout with a dedicated dining area, or two bedrooms when adjoined with a suite from the Veranda category. Offered on Silver Wind, Silver Origin, Silver Spirit, Silver Shadow, Silver Cloud, Silver Whisper, Silver Muse, Silver Dawn and Silver Moon.
