Royal Caribbean Group has announced an innovative Loyalty Status Match program that unifies status recognition across its three brands: Royal Caribbean, Celebrity Cruises, and Silversea Cruises. This shared status gives you more benefits than ever before, and more ways to see the world.

You can now enjoy equivalent loyalty status across all brands. For instance, Diamond members of Royal Caribbean's Crown & Anchor Society will be recognized at the same level as members of Silversea's Venetian Society, even without prior sailing experience with Silversea. 

The program is designed to reward members with additional benefits and flexibility, encouraging them to remain within the Royal Caribbean family and explore diverse cruising experiences. Jason Liberty, CEO, emphasizes the importance of loyalty in retaining travelers and preventing them from switching to competitors by offering status matches across all of its brands.

Royal Caribbean Group sets a new industry benchmark. The program offers instant benefits, such as 5% or 10% discount on Silversea cruises for enrolled matched members, providing a significant incentive for customer loyalty.

How to Take Advantage of the Loyalty Program

Check Your Eligibility

To qualify, you must be 18 years of age and enrolled in the loyalty program of each brand. If you are not yet a member, enrollment can be completed through the respective brand's websites, apps, or contact centers.

Check Your Status

If you are currently a member of more than one Royal Caribbean Group brand's loyalty program, your information will be verified, and your status will be upgraded based on the table above for the programs you participate in.

You will receive an email confirming your new status from each program where your status has changed within 7 days. Ensure you have received this confirmation to start enjoying your benefits. If you have not received a confirmation email within 7 days, you will need to contact the corresponding loyalty program.
