Princess Cruises Dining
Princess Cruises prides itself on offering passengers delicious food throughout their sailings, morning through night. They have various options, from cookies and milk to four-course dinners that are paired with fine wines.
Main Dining Room
All Princess Cruises ships have a grand dining room where you are served on white table clothes with the finer touches. Princess Cruises offers passengers the choice of a traditional dining time, eating at the same time and at the same table with the same waiter and tablemates every night. However, you can also choose anytime dining where you eat at any time with new tablemates and a new waiter each night. Breakfast is available in the main dining room from 7:30 to 9:30 a.m. and lunch is available most days. Anytime Dining is available from 5:30 to 10 p.m. On most Princess ships the traditional dining times are as follows:
Early seating is at 5:30 p.m.
1st seating is at 6 p.m.
2nd seating is at 8:15 p.m.
The Salty Dog Gastropub
Aboard select Princess Ships, Wheelhouse Bar is The Salty Dog. With a gourmet twist on pub food, Chef Ernesto Uchimura has created a menu of savory dishes accompanied by beer, wine or a variety of cocktails. While here, be sure to try the "Ernesto," a specially crafted burger considered by many to be the best at sea.
Chef Curtis Stone
SHARE by Curtis Stone is a dining experience unique to the sea. In a 6 course meal, acclaimed chef Curtis Stone pairs fresh ingredients with the finest wines to craft an unforgettable meal. In the main dining room, menu items curated by Stone will have their own section, "Crafted."
Harmony
Chef Richard Chen, the former chef of the sole Chinese restaurant in North America to have a Michelin star, brings his signature use of duck to sea to create cuisine that can only be found at Harmony.
La Mer
In a casual, bistro-style setting, passengers enjoy French dishes created by Chef Emmanual Renaut, who was named Best Craftsman of France for his restaurants on land.
Kai Sushi
The freshest ingredients and the precise preparation make Kai Sushi aboard Princess Cruises an experience to remember. Guests can enjoy sashimi at the sushi bar or seated.
Chocolate Journeys
Led by Master Chocolatier Norman Love, passengers go on the chocolate journey of a lifetime aboard any Princess ship. From gourmet desserts to chocolate chip cookies, there is a little bit of hand-crafted chocolate heaven for everyone.
The Horizon Court Buffet
The Horizon Court has tons of fresh foods from different cultures and culinary traditions. The food is served buffet-style with servers on hand to get you a beverage. Open from 5 a.m. to 11 p.m.
The Pizzeria
BOn many of Princess’ ships you’ll find this pizzeria with brick oven creations, perfect for a quick snack or light dinner.
Sabatini’s Italian Restaurant
Have a romantic evening in Princess Cruises’ Italian ristorante. Here you’ll find dishes like a mushroom tart, grilled veal chop and pasta of the day. This specialty restaurant is open from 6:30 to 11 p.m.

International Café
Open 24 hours a day, the International Café is located right in the center of the ship in The Piazza. Here you can get pastries, fresh coffee, quiches, grilled to order paninis and fresh baked cookies.
Vines Wine and Seafood Bar
Indulge in a nice vintage wine while you have a taste of fresh sushi or perhaps the bold flavor of tapas at the Vines Wine and Seafood Bar.
Poolside Dining Options
The grill is near the pool for a hamburger or chicken sandwich, but you can also cool down with an ice cream cone from the ice cream bar.
Cookies and Milk
Just like being a kid, Princess Cruises has warm gooey cookies and refreshing milk that they serve to passengers on the open decks and in the atrium during certain times during the cruise.
Afternoon Tea
From 3:30 to 4:30 p.m. indulge in a scone, or perhaps a little finger sandwich, along with a soothing cup of tea.
Wheelhouse Bar Pub Lunch
Enjoy an authentic British pub lunch at the Wheelhouse Bar. This is offered on sea days from 11:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. The pub lunch is offered daily on the Royal Princess.
Room Service
No matter what time of day it is, you’ll always be able to find something great to eat because room service is available around the clock.
Ultimate Balcony Dining
Have a four-course meal or indulgent breakfast served to you by a white-gloved waiter on your balcony. To really make the most of your balcony and the amazing views from your ship, this indulgent experience is a must.
Chef’s Table
Go behind the scenes with a tour of the galley during dinner where you’ll enjoy hors d’oeuvre with champagne. Then you’ll have a multi-course meal specially designed by the chef. At dessert the chef joins the group to answer questions about the meal and the kitchen. Only 10 passengers can join in per night, and a fee is charged.
