Aboard RSSC ships the attitude is quiet sophistication. There are no announcements calling you to bingo. Similar to a private resort, you decide whether you want to start the morning by jogging around the open- air track, swimming a few laps in the refreshing pool or just curling up on a comfortable deck chair with a good book. There are plenty of activities, including exercise classes and working out in the fitness center.

Onboard Enrichment Programs
Regent has taken the idea of enrichment to the next level, going behond traditional shipboard activities. What better way to experience your own specific area of interest than with lectures, classes and workshops of the highest caliber led by experts in their fields. Noted guest lecturers provide insights and perspectives far beyond what you would read in the average guidebook.
Select sailings feature complimentary enrichment programs called "Spotlights" that provide an enhanced view of a topic, led by guest experts. Our exclusive Le Cordon Bleu Workshops are also available on select sailings. These programs provide a hands-on experience taught by chefs trained in the Le Cordon Bleu method of classic French cooking. Last, Audry Grant's Better Bridge instructors are available on numerous voyages, presenting exciting and up-to-date programs for both experienced and new players, from bridge brush-up classes to social bridge games and two-hour duplicate games.
On most voyages, a guest lecturer drawn from the highest ranks of the Diplomatic Service, leading universities or museums presents informal talks or slide shows about the unique places you'll be visiting. Learn about the Incas of Peru on a South America cruise, for example, or a lecture on Renaissance Florence on a voyage around Italy.

Ambassadors of the Environment
The Ambassadors of the Environment Youth Circle of Interest is a unique, ground-breaking program that introduces young travelers and their families to extraordinary natural wonders while demonstrating imaginative ways to build environmental sustainability into their lives back home. The program aims to give young participants direct, hands-on experiences and knowledge of marine eco-systems, while emphasizing the critical importance of conservation.
Parents are encouraged to join the excursions. The leaders of this program are naturalists for Jean-Michel Cousteau's Ocean Futures Society, with college degrees in the sciences, extensive experience in teaching marine ecology, and most importantly, these guides will share with you and your families the joy and magic of the French Polynesia's coral reefs. The program is offered on select sailings, including summer and holiday voyages.

Club Mariner Youth Program
Club Mariner is a program offered on several RSSC ships during the summer months and the holiday seasons. Available on Seven Seas Mariner, Seven Seas Navigator, and Seven Seas Voyager, Club Mariner offers a variety of activities for children of ages 5 - 8, 9 - 12, and 13 - 17.
Young cruisers are divided into two age groups, and activities are designed for each group. Our Club Mariner counselors have many activities, including games, craft projects, movies, and "food fun" to make sure each child has a memorable experience. Teens help the counselor select the activities they prefer to do on their cruise.
Whether cruising to Alaska, the Baltic, Bermuda, the Caribbean, or on one of our Hanukkah/Christmas sailings, young cruisers will have a fun and memorable experience to take home with them.

Watersports
Paul Gauguin: The ship's small size allows it to navigate in shallow lagoons and narrow channels where larger ships may not sail. The Paul Gauguin is specially designed with a retractable watersports platform, taking guests down to sea level where they may conveniently hop aboard a Windsurfer, launch a kayak, try a little waterskiing, or set out for a SCUBA diving expedition.

Spa & Fitness
Perhaps you'd enjoy a visit to the Spa, where you can try a rejuvenating session of aromatherapy, a smoothing seaweed or herbal wrap, a muscle-soothing massage, a steambath, a plunge or a sauna - just a few of the state- of-the-health-and-beauty-arts we offer for your private, personal pleasure.
In the Health Club, guests may crunch, lift, row, tread, pedal or run to their hearts' content. A personal trainer is on hand to assist you with a fitness regimen to fit your needs, whether you're a novice or a veteran. Follow your workout with aerobics, a power-walk around the track, or maybe few laps in the pool.

Golf & Sports Activities & Pool/Whirlpool
