Princess Cruises has brewed up a new way to celebrate their upcoming 50th anniversary – with their own craft beer! “Seawitch”, as it is known, owes its moniker to the company’s logo. This tasty and unique brew, which is set to debut aboard the Regal Princess this November, was created in partnership with Strike Brewing Company, and marks the first of several unique beers to come.
“The Seawitch West Coast IPA not only commemorates our milestone anniversary, but is also meant to inspire our guests to celebrate their sea journeys with Princess.” said Jonathan Wilson, Princess Cruises vice president of food and beverage services.
The Seawitch West Coast IPA will be available for cruisers aboard the Regal Princess this year, and will be available fleet-wide by early 2015. Princess Cruises will commence celebrating their 50th anniversary year with the naming ceremony of Regal Princess on November 5 in Ft. Lauderdale.
