Picking a favorite cruise destination can be a bit of a tough choice; after all, there are so many great countries, cities and hot spots out there, and each offers something slightly different from the next. But you know, sometimes you just have to pick a favorite and be done with it. So, we asked our well-traveled staff to put themselves in that spot between a rock and a hard place and make a decision.

In my opinion, the best cruise destination is Barbados because it is absolutely gorgeous and you can tell that the residents take pride in their country.

In my opinion, the best cruise destination is Dominica because it feels less touristy than most Caribbean islands. While exploring the “Nature Island,” as it’s been nicknamed, I felt like I was stepping away from society for bit – and I mean that in a good way.

In my opinion, the best cruise destination is Bermuda because Horseshoe Bay is one of the most scenic beaches in the world.

In my opinion, the best cruise destination is Bermuda because the ships dock there for more than 24 hours, and you can get on and off the ship as much as you like, day or night. This allows you to get a chance to tour the entire island and really get a feel for the culture.

In my opinion, the best cruise destination is Australia because of the diversity of the region. You can spend your time learning a new sport (cricket), snorkeling the Great Barrier Reef or interacting with the unique wildlife (kangaroos & wallabies!).

In my opinion, the best cruise destination is Alaska because cruising is one of the easiest ways to see all the diversity this state has to offer. I would much rather cruise than drive or fly from town to town and miss out on the beautiful views you can only see from a ship.

In my opinion, the best cruise destination is the Mediterranean because there is no place like it on earth. It is rich in culture and history, succulent cuisine and amazing wine with the unsurpassed beauty of the Ionian Sea, Balearic Sea and the majestic Aegean Sea.

In my opinion, the best cruise destination is any river in Europe, Asia, Russia or South America because you get to explore so many different small towns and villages up close and personal. The tours are all included and the groups are small. You usually dock right in the heart of the town. Since you usually sail at night, you wake up the next morning in another quaint town or village. It’s like taking a land trip, but without living in and out of your suitcase and spending your waking hours on the road instead of enjoying your destination.

In my opinion, the best cruise destination is the South Pacific because it is such a long flight to get there and while I am there I want to explore as many of the islands as possible. With a cruise you are able to see a different island each day!

In my opinion, the best cruise destination is any where I am going on my next cruise. The world is a wonderful place, so it is great to be able to explore new places, experience the uniqueness of a particular destination and its people. If I’ve already been to a destination, it’s great to go back and see or do something I really liked before or find something new in that place.
