The month of October was full of celebration at The Cruise Web as we marked two major employee milestones. Within days of each other, Rosalind Smith and Karolina Shenton both reached their 10-year Cruise Web anniversaries.
The team marked Rosalind’s anniversary with a surprise celebration where she was presented with 10 cakes, one for each year. Along with this impressive achievement, it was announced that Rosalind was promoted from Business Development Manager to Director of Business Development and Quality Performance.
In her new role, Rosalind will leverage her positive attitude and business mindset in guiding everyone to become the VERY best in their role at The Cruise Web as the company continually strives to be the best in the industry.
Since it was only days after Rosalind’s celebration, Karolina had an idea there would be a celebration for her, but was surprised to find that instead of traditional cake, the company had gathered a colorful assortment of fruit to celebrate her fruitful years at the company.
After receiving her dual Masters in International Economics and Marketing from the Warsaw School of Economics in Poland, Karolina brought her talents to The Cruise Web to become the Manager of Marketing and Sales Operations. Along with her professional achievements during the past 10 years, Karolina has had many personal highs, including getting married and having her beautiful baby girl.
Both Rosalind and Karolina were grateful for the recognition and are motivated to keep up the good work for another 10 years.
