The Cruise Web Team Gets a Treat from Princess and Cunard

By The Cruise Web, Inc.
The Cruise Web team got a special treat courtesy of Princess Cruises and Cunard Line’s new Vice President of North American Sales, Brian O’Connor. O’Connor was promoted from marketing and public relations director for Cunard Line in late March.  He has been traveling all over the country visiting travel agents to introduce himself. O’Connor said it was important for him to meet the travel agents and get their feedback on both Princess Cruises and the Cunard Line.
O’Connor and his team also arranged for a refrigerated cart filled to the brim with ice cream bars and treats to make a stop at The Cruise Web offices. The site of the yellow cart and umbrella had everyone in the office salivating and made for a very pleasant afternoon.
Princess Cruises is one of the best known names in cruising with 16 ships that sail over 100 different itineraries. The cruise line started in 1965 and gained fame and popularity in the 1970s when their ship, Pacific Princess, became TV’s Love Boat. The Cunard Line has roots going back to the 1840s and is based in England. Their three ships harken back to the glamour of the golden age of sailing and do many transatlantic journeys.
