Seabourn, one of the world’s most elegant luxury cruise lines, has provided itinerants with their first look at the premium suites on board its two brand new ultra-luxury sister ships, the first of which is named Seabourn Venture.
Set to launch in June 2021 and May 2022, respectively, these two ships are not only top of the line in luxury, but are also purpose-built expedition ships. Travelers will soon be able to become immersed in the breathtaking grandeur of destinations including Antarctica, Alaska, Australia & New Zealand, South America and Northern Europe, while at the same time living like royalty in suites envisioned by design icon Adam D. Tihany.
The Wintergarden, Signature and Owners’ Suites provide guests with artfully crafted luxury accommodations aboard Seabourn Venture and her soon-to-be-named sister ship. These suites feature many unique details, including the elegant use of wood and stone in thoughtfully crafted bespoke furniture. On top of the luxurious maritime craftsmanship, each suite will come with a built-in heated jacket wardrobe, allowing guests to maximize comfort when experiencing the beauty beyond the suites.
The two-story apartment-style Grand Wintergarden Suites (1,397 square feet) are perfect for guests traveling with family or friends. The suite’s sculptured staircase stretches over two decks, including a generously spacious lower living area and a veranda on each deck. Along with comfortable and beautiful furniture, this area includes a dining table fit for four, a separate guest bath and a pantry with a wet bar stocked with an assortment of spirits. The bar includes a bottle of Shackleton Blended Malt Scotch Whiskey, reminiscent of the spirit supplied to the 1907 British Antarctic Expedition. Upstairs, guests will sleep comfortably on a Duxiana Axion 15 adjustable high performance sleep system, all the while facing expansive windows through which the scenery will never fail to astonish. On this level, passengers will also have access to a walk-in closet as well as a five-piece bathroom, complete with a whirlpool spa tub and separate shower.
The Wintergarden Suite (1,042 square feet) is complete with the same features as the Grand Wintergarden Suite, minus the additional bedroom and full bathroom on lower level.
The Signature Suite (1,382 square feet) caters to travelers who enjoy life both indoors and out. These two suites available on Deck 8 include a foyer entry to an attractive living area that includes a dining table for four, a guest bath, and a pantry with a wet bar. The suite also features a series of large windows, which allows the space to glow with natural light. The separate bedroom is equipped with a sliding glass door leading out to a spacious, curved veranda (595 square feet) where guests can relax in chairs, on the sofa and sun loungers, or in their very own canopied whirlpool spa tub. The bedroom also includes a makeup vanity, generous closet space, and five-piece bathroom.
Finally, located Deck 7 forward, the two available Owners Suites (1,027 square feet) offer an impressive view of the ship’s course and the beautiful horizon ahead. Inside, guests can enjoy a comfortable living area that includes a dining table for two, writing desk and sliding glass door opening out to a curved veranda (484 square feet). On the veranda, guests can relax on sun loungers or enjoy a meal with fellow travelers at a dining table for four. The suite also includes a separate bedroom, furnished with a large window, high definition TV, makeup vanity, walk-in closet and five-piece bathroom.
